Mikkel Willumsen, is one of those makers / designers that always seems to get everything just right. From fit to materials to finish to price points, the devil is always in the details with his designs.
Today’s knife by Willumsen is the Red E. It is a high performance folding knife without the high-performance price. Sporting a Sandvik 14C28N steel blade and a textured G-10 handle, this knife has the materials and finish of a much more expensive knife. The G-10 has been aggressively textured to ensure that you always have a solid grip. Precise jimping on the spine of the blade offers more control for various cutting needs.
I have had a chance to carry the Red E for about a month now, it is a comfortable knife with a solid built blade that can handle my everyday needs.
I highly recommend the Red-E. Pick one up today.
