New Ruger LC Charger Chambered in 5.7x28mm

May 23, 2023 by Tim Stetzer Leave a Comment

Ruger just released a PDW version of its 5.7x28mm LC Carbine. This one has a 10.3 inch barrel making it a good deal more compact. It should work well with a single point sling, although it'd be even better as an SBR or with a brace if the courts get around to overturning the ATF rule. Heck, even ATF Director Steven Dettelbach doesn't understand the rule based on recent … [Read more...] about New Ruger LC Charger Chambered in 5.7x28mm

Extar EP45 .45 ACP PCC

May 2, 2023 by Tim Stetzer Leave a Comment

Even though  the ATF is a bunch of fun spoilers with their made up by the minute brace rulings, PCC's and their pistol brethren are still wildly popular products. April 29, 2023 by Tim Stetzer Leave a Comment

Although I mainly shoot and carry autos these days, my first handgun was a revolver and I still have a soft spot for them. At SHOT I saw a variety of nice looking .357's at the SAR USA booth and I see they're listing them on their website now. Think pre-lock Smith & Wesson 686 style and that's pretty much what the SAR .357's are. I don't know if they're exact clones, but … [Read more...] about SAR’s New SR Line of .357 Magnum Revolvers

Kimber Shaves off the Pounds with the New Ultra Lightweight K6XS Revolver

April 24, 2023 by Tim Stetzer Leave a Comment

When Kimber first announced the K6s revolver a few years back it was a surprise coming from a traditionally 1911 based company. It's proven to be a solid concealed carry contender though and a solid performer. For folks who like the Kimber quality, and appreciate the K6s form factor but didn't want the weight of an all steel gun, then the K6XS may be just the gun for … [Read more...] about Kimber Shaves off the Pounds with the New Ultra Lightweight K6XS Revolver
